Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how we process the personal data you send through the quote, stockist and brand enquiry forms on asudegida.com.

2. Data we process

The name, role, business or company name, phone number, email address, city/country, type of business and request details you enter in our forms, together with the date and page of submission.

3. Purposes

To assess your request or application, prepare a quote and contact you.

4. Legal basis

Processing is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 5/2-f). No separate consent is required to use the forms.

5. How we collect data

Electronically, through the forms on asudegida.com.

6. Transfers

Your data is used only for the purposes above; it is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger on servers located in Germany (European Union). The information you submit is therefore stored on servers outside Türkiye; this transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Retention

Form records are kept for no more than 12 months after the request or application is concluded and are then deleted. If a business relationship is established, statutory retention periods apply.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to outcomes based solely on automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

10. Marketing messages

When you submit a form, we only contact you about your request; we do not send marketing or newsletter emails.
